"00110 We should always remain open to the possibility of being wrong, and always try to understand why someone who disagrees comes to such a conclusion."
This comment is picayune probably, but I like accuracy of what I endorse, though can compromise on this.
I would just prefer the second appearance of always be left out, simply because I or someone might not always want to bother with understanding something, especially constantly, right away. I would therefore write:
"00110 We should always remain open to the possibility of being wrong, and try to understand why someone who disagrees comes to such a conclusion."
Wording for 110, "always"

I agree. If we both change our votes to "no opinion," there will be only one other person left agreeing, and the belief can then be edited. Would you want to do that?

Whoops! I'm wrong. You are not one of the three who have agreed, so you can't do as I suggested, and without two people removing agreement, it can't be edited. But you can suggest the belief with your improved wording, and place it right under the one that is there, so that people can ultimately decide. If everyone moves to your re-wording, the current one will disappear in time.
